This exclusive luxury lodge has a main building consisting of formal and informal dining, formal and informal living areas, library, gymnasium complete with sauna, massage rooms and plunge pool, kitchens, laundries, well stocked wine cellar and a large swimming pool.
There are three guest villas with a total of 5 suites - 2 villa suites (with separate lounges and en-suites) and 3 junior suites (with separate en-suites).
In August 2010 a resource consent application was submitted and approved for a berthing pontoon to be built in Helena Bay to enable berthing of a vessel up to 50’ long.
Elsewhere on the property is a gatehouse, a generator and transformer building, two barns, staff house, managers house and farm barns.
The project was completed in 2015 and Helena Bay Lodge opened it's doors later in the year.
